Signed a Memorandum of Understanding between the Organization of Employers of Macedonia and Macedonia Human Resources Association

On February 26, 2015 (Thursday) the President of the Organization of Employers Macedonia (OEM), Mr. Angel Dimitrov and the President of the Macedonian Human Resources Association (MHRA), Mrs. Hristina Lozanoska signed a Memorandum of understanding and business-technical cooperation between the MHRA and OEM.

The cooperation between the organizations in this Memorandum will be achieved through mutual initiatives, activities, projects and through support of each other in raising awareness and the development of human capital, promote, support and protect the highest professional work standards and Labor proposals according to the laws, organizing educational events and exchange of information, experience and best practices.

This Memorandum gives space for concrete cooperation between the organizations and their networks within many common interests, based on the great potential of both sides, and directed towards the promotion and development of human capital, setting standards in the management of human resources and improving the quantity and quality of the workforce for better job positions, higher growth and greater national competitiveness at international level.

It was pointed out that ORM will strive to support the MHRA through the institutions in Macedonia, the neighboring countries and the European Union through which has established cooperation and other activities.
